All of our analysts are experienced, senior guys who take a top down view across the technology landscape as a whole. They look at the world very much as a CIO or senior IT manager would. Each of them is therefore typically able to provide an informed high level opinion on any industry hot topic (as listed on our home page), or strategic aspect of IT (see areas of coverage).
Comments from Freeform Dynamics analysts with their knowledge of how the industry fits together are frequently much better for generating original angles on stories than input from dedicated specialists, who tend to take a narrower and more predictable view.
Of course that's not to say that our guys don't know their stuff, and you'll get to know their individual areas of interest and in-depth expertise as you speak with them more. In the first instance, however, we encourage you to simply pick up the phone to any of them; they can always direct you to a colleague if that makes the most sense.
