Cloud Computing and Service Delivery

Cloud Computing and Service Delivery

Within this area, we cover service offerings and adoption best practices in relation to the various forms of hosted cloud, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).

However, given that these delivery models co-exist with each other, and live alongside more traditional hosting options and your own internal infrastructure, we also look at cloud computing in the broader context. This takes us into IT governance as we consider which deployment models are most appropriate in which circumstances, and into systems integration and management as we examine how to ensure that cloud services are operated as an integral part of the overall IT landscape.
