Application Delivery and Business Process Support

Application Delivery and Business Process Support

Within this area, we keep an eye on what's happening with the platforms and integration architectures supporting enterprise applications, as well as the modelling and development tools needed for effective application delivery.

While we don't cover packaged applications per se, we do track the trends around the increasing componentisation, proliferation of delivery channels, and potentially transient nature of applications made available to the end user. We also keep an eye on developments in relation to the business support and automation lifecycle.
